iptables-converter.deb has arrived in the Debian universe

Thanks to Toni Mueller iptables-converter has reached the Debian universe in its unstable flavour:

https://packages.debian.org/unstable/iptables-converter

iptables-converter changed its version number to 0.9.3-1 to conform debian version numbering system.

The sources at github.com will be updated soon as a pull-request has arrived...
